Processing Time?

All orders are made to order. This means that once an order is placed, it is then handmade, assembled then shipped out. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed.

How soon will I receive my order?

Orders will be shipped within 12-16 business days of being placed. Once shipped, depending on what shipping method you chose, post within the US will take 7-10 business days. 

I didn't receive my order and it's marked as delivered. 

Sometimes USPS marks an order as delivered prematurely. Please contact USPS with your order # and file a claim through their site. You can then email with your order #, and screenshot of claim info./confirmation. I will start a claim on your behalf for store credit, or replacement.

My earrings arrived damaged.

So sorry! USPS sometimes handles packages roughly. Luckily, all my packages come insured. Please email with your order #, photo of the damaged box/product and if you'd prefer a gift card, or replacement. Please note that if I no longer have the material for the earrings, I may automatically issue a gift card to be used on other products in my store. 

What are your payment options?

We currently offer Shopay, Afterpay USA, Klarna USA, and all major credit/debit cards and giftcards. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We do. However, shipping costs can be a little pricey depending on where you live. Message me if you're not seeing a shipping option during checkout.

Why is there a signature requirement on my order?

Orders over $100 will require a signature upon deliver. You're able to manage how you receive your order through the shipper's website. Due to the nature of the items I sell, I'd like to be fair and make sure that your package gets to YOU and no one else. 

Do you accept Returns/Exchanges?

No. I am unable to accept returns or exchanges due to the hygienic nature of what I sell. If your product arrived damaged, please see above on next steps.
