All orders are made to order. This means that once an order is placed, it is then handmade, assembled then shipped out. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed.
How soon will I receive my order?
Orders will be shipped within 12-16 business days of being placed. Once shipped, depending on what shipping method you chose, post within the US will take 7-10 business days.
I didn't receive my order and it's marked as delivered.
Sometimes USPS marks an order as delivered prematurely. Please contact USPS with your order # and file a claim through their site. You can then email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order #, and screenshot of claim info./confirmation. I will start a claim on your behalf for store credit, or replacement.
My earrings arrived damaged.
So sorry! USPS sometimes handles packages roughly. Luckily, all my packages come insured. Please email email@example.com with your order #, photo of the damaged box/product and if you'd prefer a gift card, or replacement. Please note that if I no longer have the material for the earrings, I may automatically issue a gift card to be used on other products in my store.
What are your payment options?
We currently offer Shopay, Afterpay USA, Klarna USA, and all major credit/debit cards and giftcards.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We do. However, shipping costs can be a little pricey depending on where you live. Message me if you're not seeing a shipping option during checkout.
Why is there a signature requirement on my order?
Orders over $100 will require a signature upon deliver. You're able to manage how you receive your order through the shipper's website. Due to the nature of the items I sell, I'd like to be fair and make sure that your package gets to YOU and no one else.
Do you accept Returns/Exchanges?
No. I am unable to accept returns or exchanges due to the hygienic nature of what I sell. If your product arrived damaged, please see above on next steps.
